Grown in the volcanic highlands of Flores Bajawa, this organic coffee comes from smallholder farms surrounding the Ngura area. Using Indonesia’s traditional wet-hulled (giling basah) process, the parchment is removed early, allowing the beans to absorb the character of the region’s misty climate and mineral-rich soils. The result is a deep, full-bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate, cedar, gentle spice, and a smooth, savory earthiness—bold yet refined, living up to its ‘Komodo Dragon’ name
