Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

From the high elevations of Yirgacheffe, the Beloya area is renowned for producing some of Ethiopia’s most expressive coffees. Grown by smallholder farmers and naturally processed, ripe cherries are dried whole on raised beds, allowing fruit sugars to fully develop under the highland sun. The cup is vibrant and aromatic, bursting with ripe berry and stone fruit sweetness, layered florals, and a silky, tea-like body—finishing clean, sweet, and unmistakably Ethiopian.
