This lot is gently decaffeinated using the natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) process, derived from fermented sugarcane, which preserves the coffee’s original character without harsh chemicals. The cup remains smooth and comforting, with notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and soft caramel sweetness—proof that decaf can still deliver depth, balance, and everyday drinkability.
